Our commitment

NIMA Wellness is committed to making nimawellness.com, our booking page, and the NIMA app usable by people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we review new pages against that standard before they go live.

What we do

• Use page structure and headings that screen readers can follow.
• Make links, buttons, and forms reachable and usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Give meaningful images text alternatives.
• Keep text contrast at or above WCAG AA levels and let text resize without breaking the page.
• Respect your device's “reduce motion” setting for animations we control.

Known limitations

We are still working on these:

• Website chat assistant — provided by a third party, and may not work fully with screen readers or keyboard navigation. Call or email us instead and we will answer the same questions.
• Videos — some treatment videos do not yet have full captions or transcripts. Ask us and we will describe the content.
• Map — the embedded Google map may be hard to use with assistive technology. Our address is 19782 MacArthur Blvd Suite 225, Irvine, CA 92612.
• Third-party pages — payment, financing, and video-visit pages run by other companies follow their own accessibility standards.

If anything on our website or app is hard to use, we will help you get the information or service another way — by phone, by email, or in person — and we will work to fix the problem. Tell us the page and what happened.
